Privacy statement

This website aims to provide existing and potential clients with information about WriteCare services. It does not collect IP addresses to collate information on pages viewed or any other analysis.

I do not sell data to third parties or supply it for commercial purposes. Nor do I buy data for direct marketing or similar activities.

You will be asked to provide minimal personal data if you get in touch with me through the contact form on this website or by email – typically your name, your organisation’s name and an email address so we can communicate further.

Client data

Should you become a WriteCare client, I can share with you a detailed policy that sets out how I might use any data generated in the course of a specific project, including how it will be stored and disposed of securely.

I do not collect personal data for marketing or for general communication such as newsletters or surveys. I do not collect financial details (other than to pay suppliers) and only take payment by directly invoicing clients.

Data protection

For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Vicky Burman Communications Limited (trading as WriteCare) acts as both a data processor and data collector.

The company is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Its data protection registration reference is ZA430217.

You have the right to ask about the data the company holds, including anything it holds on you. You have the right to ask Vicky Burman Communications Limited to update, correct or erase any of your data.
